| Una settimana all'uscita di "Another Day" e al raduno |
Mancano 7 giorni all'uscita dell'album "Another Day", l'attesissimo secondo lavoro di Lene Marlin. Il sito ufficiale, www.lenemarlin.com, si rinnova e regalerà ogni giorno uno spezzone di 30 secondi tratto da una canzone dell'album. Oggi è possibile ascoltare parte del brano "Another Day", che quasi sicuramente sarà il suo secondo singolo.
Lene.it invece vi regala in anteprima alcune immagini tratte quasi certamente dal libretto del nuovo album, che potete trovare cliccando qui.
Ricordiamo che il 19 settembre si terrà a Milano il primo raduno del fan-club e Lene in persona sarà con noi alla Feltrinelli di Piazza Piemonte. Tutti i dettagli nella notizia precedente e sul forum. Inoltre è ormai ufficiale la presenza di Lene alla finale del Festivalbar, che si terrà il giorno dopo (20 settembre) a Verona. |

19 Settembre: Lene Marlin incontra i suoi fan a Milano!

Oggi vi diamo una notizia che per tutti noi ha carattere "epocale": quella relativa alla venuta di Lene Marlin in Italia: sono state fissate per ora le date di 19 e 20 settembre!!!
Il 19 mattina e primo pomeriggio Lene sarà a Milano, in hotel, per la promozione del suo nuovo album, in uscita in Italia proprio quel giorno.
Alle 16.00 Lene sarà ospite in diretta a Rete A Allmusic, per partecipare a Play.it, dove sarà intervistata e presenterà il suo video.
Quindi, verso le 18.00-18.30 incontrerà i suoi fan italiani alla Feltrinelli di Piazza Piemonte. Firmerà autografi e forse suonerà un pezzo con la chitarra.
In occasione di questo fantastico evento il nostro fanclub terrà il suo primo raduno a livello nazionale. Venite numerosi ragazzi: Lene ci aspetta!!!
Il 20 Lene sarà con tutta probabilità a Verona per la Finale del Festivalbar, un'ulteriore occasione per alcuni fan italiani e per chiunque abbia acquistato il biglietto di vedere Lene esibirsi dal vivo. Purtroppo non ci sono ancora altri particolari su quest'evento, ma speriamo di averli presto insieme alla conferma ufficiale.

Come promesso, giacché tra pochi giorni sarà già in vendita il nuovo album di Lene Marlin, "Another Day", vi anticipiamo tutti i testi, trascritti integralmente. Vi spieghiamo i motivi di questa scelta, che a non tutti potrebbero apparire subito evidenti:
per prima cosa, essendo un fan-club di Lene Marlin, il nostro scopo è di dare ai fan tutte le notizie in anteprima (per i testi abbiamo preferito attendere un poco, per far avvicinare la data di uscita del cd);
il secondo motivo, in parte collegato al primo, è di favorire i fan stranieri che dovranno attendere di più, come gli inglesi;
il terzo motivo, forse il più importante, è che in questo modo incoraggiamo i fan e chiunque altro venga su questo sito, ad acquistare il nuovo album, affascinati o anche soltanto incuriositi dai testi concepiti dalla nostra artista.
Se in questo modo saremo riusciti a far vendere anche soltanto una copia in più dell'album, ci potremo ritenere soddisfatti del nostro lavoro.
Ovviamente, chi per ragioni varie preferisce scoprire i testi nel libretto, deve soltanto evitare di continuare a leggere :-)

| "You Weren't There", sempre più in alto |
Le classifiche in Italia e in Europa danno ancora ragione a Lene Marlin, che sta avendo un successo strepitoso. Il singolo, uscito in Italia da soli 3 giorni, sta già vendendo moltissimo, come ci confermano i negozianti da noi interpellati, ma per vedere quale sarà la posizione di entrata di You Weren't There dobbiamo aspettare la fine della settimana. Prevediamo che Lene possa entrare direttamente nella Top 5. Le classifiche disponibili sono quelle dell'airplay, che misurano la diffusione della canzone in radio e del video in tv.
"You Weren't There" resiste stabilmente al primo posto nella classifica dei brani più trasmessi in radio in Norvegia, per la quinta settimana consecutiva. In Italia Lene sale al 12° posto nella chart dei più trasmessi in radio, guadagnando 4 posizioni. Il video di "You Weren't There" è in assoluto il 2° video più trasmesso in Italia, alle spalle solo di Beyoncè con "Crazy in Love".
A "Top of The Pops Italia" Lene sale di un gradino e arriva al 26. Nella "Capital Web-chart" You Weren't There è terza, sulla classifica di Radio Deejay "50 songs" Lene debutta al nono posto. A TRL (la classifica è online, ma il programma inizia tra un mese) Lene ha oltre il 5% di voti web ed è al quinto posto. Nella "Maximum Power" di Radio 101 sale al 21. Su Radio Azzurra alla 4° posizione dei più gettonati. In Norvegia, nella Top 30 di Radio Kongsvinger, Lene mantiene il primo posto così come in quasi tutte le charts norvegesi. Grazie ad Artic dal Forum Internazionale ecco altre posizioni di You Weren't There. In Danimarca, su DR numero 16 della "Voice Chart"; in Francia su "GoldFM" in salita di 9 posizioni alla 41; in Svizzera, "Radio 24", posizione 47. Tutte le classifiche.

| Prima giornata in tv per Lene |
Ieri pomeriggio Lene Marlin ha partecipato a due programmi tv in Norvegia, per l'esattezza "Vg Top 20" su NRK Tv e "Zone 2" su TV2. Grazie a Lene-marlin.no possiamo raccontare com'è andata. Lene aveva un nuovo look, con i capelli più corti ed è apparsa serena e molto in forma. Si sono susseguite domande di ogni tipo ma Lene ha risposto (quasi) a tutto, a volte anche con autoironia.
Ha parlato delle sue fonti di ispirazione (U2, Alanis Morisette, Travis, Coldplay), di ipotetici duetti (Lene non ha dubbio che preferirebbe duettare assieme a Bono degli U2) e ancora dello show tv Idol (l'equivalente del nostro Popstar).
La sua serie tv preferita è Friends, l'attore preferito Jack Nicholson. Lene ha dimostrato una conoscenza approfondita del cinema, guarda spesso film, soprattutto dvd a casa. Alla domanda su Stian Barsnes Simonsen, Lene ha preferito non rispondere.
Preintervistata da Sone2: tra Christina Aguilera e Britney Spears sceglie la prima, tra Eminem e Moby preferisce il rapper. Personaggio più sexy? Brad Pitt. Per fare colpo su di lei? Ci vuole un grande sorriso e charme!

| Singolo in tutti i negozi. Il testo di "Enough" |
Da oggi è ufficialmente in vendita in tutti i negozi il singolo "You Weren't There"! Affrettatevi a comprarlo! Il singolo comprende tre tracce: oltre a "You Weren't There", c'è un remix e una nuova canzone, intitolata "Enough", di cui Lene.it vi regala in anteprima il testo.

| Primo ascolto del singolo. Album in uscita il 12 |
 Enough è un pezzo lento, malinconico, ricorda Maybe I'll go, ma molto più melodico. E' molto più di una b-side, è un piccolo capolavoro. Sembra sia introdotto da una chitarra acustica e dal basso su cui si inserisce l'incantevole e chiara voce di Lene, che canta di un'altra relazione che finisce e della necessità di cambiare.
La traccia dura 3.53. Il remix di YWT, che è un pezzo quasi uguale all'originale, 3.20.
Sembra confermato dai negozianti che l'album uscirà in Italia già venerdì 12 settembre.
Qui a lato vedete un grazioso disegno riportato all'interno della copertina del cd singolo, dove ci sono i credits. E' sullo stile delle raffigurazioni del "Piccolo Principe", ma il soggetto è una mini-Lene!
