Lene Marlin, Cardigans, Tim McGraw and Rosanne Cash/The Chieftains are some of the artists to be performing on this year's Nobel Concert in Oslo Spectrum on December 11th.
Confirms. Project manager Odd Arvid Strømstad confirms now parts of the artist schedule for this year's Nobel Concert. One of the artists to show up is thus Lene Marlin.
- We have been trying to get her to participate for three years. This time she said yes, says Strømstad.
- Great fun. She has been a nordic first choice for a long time.
However, Lene Marlin is not the only nordic artist. For the time being it's certain that also the swedish success band The Cardigans will be joining in.
The concert is to be held December 11th, and it's the eight time that it will be staged. About 100 countries are about to broadcast the concert on TV, and there is a viewer potential of about 500 million house holds.
From before it's known that the actor/actress married couple Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones will be program hosts for the concert.
